1 Sample Instruction Outline
Assumes student with
limited endoscope-repair knowledge and good manual
dexterity. Once skill level is determined, a program similar
to this outline will be developed.

3. Student evaluates and disassembles scope, with practice.
4. Lens system types and manufacturers. |
day 3 |
1. Review previous day's activity.
2. Demonstration and scope assembly techniques, with
practice.
3. Use and types of epoxies and cements.
4. Student review of techniques, with practice. |
day 4 |
1. Review previous day's activity.
2. Student assembles scopes, with practice. |
day 5 |
1. Review previous day's activity, with attention to problem
areas.
2. Student assembles scopes.
3. Questions and answers with tips of the trade.
4. Next training session plan*. |
* Students should practice Phase 1 skills before Phase 2 training.
Trainer will
provide telephone assistance, or plan a 1-to-2 day
individual training session,
until skills are mastered.
Program Costs
Training Rate: $125 per hour, 8-hour minimum
Note: Training conducted at customer's location.
Customer
provides scopes for repair at sessions.
Endoscopes repaired during training
are subject to an additional fee.
Travel
and living expenses additional and charged at cost, with mileage
charged at $0.50 per mile.
Customers
can arrange travel and lodging direct billing.
Terms: Advance payment of 50% for contracted hourly fees.
Prepaid round-trip airfare with
lodgings for trainer.
Net 10-day payment for balance of
charges.
Telephone consulting can be charged on
Visa or Mastercard. |
